About The Position

The Fraternity and Sorority Leadership & Learning department is part of the Division of Student Life, which advances equity and inclusion, deepens student learning and drives holistic development through education, experiences and communities. This department is seeking responsible, motivated undergraduate students to assist with its office’s reception and customer service functions, as well as administrative projects within the office.

Requirements

  • Must be an undergraduate student at the University of Delaware.
  • Responsible and motivated.

Responsibilities

  • Customer service via answering phones, emails, and greeting in-office guests.
  • Keeping office signage up to date.
  • Organizing and receiving mail deliveries.
  • Assisting with form submissions.
  • Completing data-oriented tasks.
  • Representing FSLL at campus-wide programs.
  • Assisting with miscellaneous tasks dependent on staff need.
