About The Position

As a Franchise Success Manager (FSM) at The Honey Baked Ham Company, you will be the primary point of contact and partnership between HBH and its franchise owners. You will manage a portfolio of 40-50 franchise locations, acting as a trusted business advisor, operational coach, and growth partner. This role focuses on driving growth rather than auditing, requiring individuals who are part business consultant, sales coach, operations expert, and relationship builder.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of multi-unit restaurant, retail, or franchise operations experience.
  • Demonstrated background in field-based business consulting, franchise support, or multi-unit operations management.
  • Proven track record of growing sales, improving profitability, and building strong franchise or operator relationships.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in catering sales, B2B account development, or foodservice operations.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth in sales, Average Unit Volume (AUV), and outperforming prior-year benchmarks for franchisees in your territory.
  • Increase catering and B2B accounts, helping franchisees win corporate relationships and gifting accounts to build catering revenue.
  • Ensure franchisees are profitable by facilitating P&L conversations, managing costs, and providing financial coaching.
  • Maintain brand standards, ensuring locations look great, food quality is consistent, and OSAT scores reflect the HBH guest experience.
  • Provide support to franchisees, encouraging them to answer calls, implement ideas, and recommend the HBH system to peers.
  • Maximize holiday sales windows (Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas) through meticulous planning and precise execution.
