This is a production-focused sales role for a disciplined closer who wants to drive growth and make meaningful impact. In this role, you won’t just sell franchises — you will help entrepreneurs launch a rewarding career serving individuals with special needs , building businesses rooted in passion, purpose, and real community impact.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in franchise sales, B2B sales, or high-ticket closing
  • Consistent performance against measurable production targets
  • Strong qualification and discovery skills
  • Ability to follow a structured sales process
  • High integrity and respect for compliance standards
  • Passion for mission-driven businesses and community impact

Responsibilities

  • Advance qualified candidates through our defined franchise sales process
  • Conduct structured discovery and qualification calls
  • Drive franchise agreements to execution and funding
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and weekly pipeline reporting
  • Operate in strict compliance with approved FDD disclosures and pricing
  • Inspire candidates around the mission, impact, and opportunity of serving the special needs community
  • 3 funded franchises
  • 1 additional territory
