About The Position

As a Franchise Store Operator, you will lead all facets of a store operation including the strategic direction, vision, talent management and operational excellence of an overall store location. This role offers the opportunity to operate your own business with the support of a corporate network. You will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment by creating a coaching and development culture that embraces a passion for food, leading and creating a shopping experience that engages customers in a way that enhances loyalty, sales, and profit, adhering to brand standards and provincial Occupational Health & Safety and Food Safety guidelines. You will provide direction and leadership for an entire store location of 50+ employees.

Requirements

Proven track record of business success
Strong business and financial acumen
Superior leadership and communication skills
Experience leading and building teams
Full knowledge of retail operations throughout a total store
Minimum 3-5 years of experience leading people in a grocery retail environment
Knowledge and experience that will ensure the efficient operation of a business to achieve all financial targets and key performance indicators
An initial investment will be required as a Franchise Owner/Operator.
