About The Position

Fish Window Cleaning is looking for a motivated, high-energy Franchise Recruiter to join our Franchise Development Team at our Headquarters in Chesterfield, Missouri. This is not a traditional recruiting role. We’re looking for someone who combines the instincts of a recruiter with the drive and communication skills of a salesperson. In this role, you’ll actively identify and engage potential franchise candidates, build relationships, qualify opportunities, and help introduce people to the possibility of business ownership. If you’re proactive, persuasive, organized, and comfortable using LinkedIn and social media platforms to source and connect with prospects, we’d love to meet you.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in recruiting, sales, franchise development, business development, or related fields
  • Strong sales mindset with the ability to influence, engage, and build relationships
  • Experience sourcing candidates and leads through LinkedIn and social media platforms is required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up and time management skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and within a team environment
  • Positive, professional, and energetic attitude
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Franchise industry experience is strongly preferred
  • HubSpot CRM experience is a plus
  • Must live in or be willing to relocate to the St. Louis area

Responsibilities

  • Identify and source potential franchise candidates using LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and other online platforms
  • Conduct outreach through phone calls, email, text, and social media messaging
  • Build strong first impressions and establish rapport with prospective franchise owners
  • Qualify candidates and guide them through the early stages of the franchise development process
  • Schedule introductory calls for Franchise Development Managers
  • Maintain and nurture leads throughout the sales pipeline
  • Conduct territory and market research
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives
  • Support Discovery Day and “Meet the Team” events
  • Maintain accurate records, reporting, and CRM updates
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Franchise Development teams on recruiting strategies and campaigns
