Corporate - Franchise Associate

Howard & Howard, a leading national business law firm, is currently seeking a Corporate-Franchise Associate with two to five years of experience to join the Firm in its Chicago or Peoria, IL; Royal Oak, MI; or Las Vegas, NV office. Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in franchise law or corporate transactional practice
- Experience drafting and updating Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs)
- Experience drafting franchise agreements and related ancillary agreements
- Familiarity with franchise registration, renewal filings, and responding to state comment letters
- Knowledge of federal and state franchise laws and regulations
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently in a deadline-driven environment
