About The Position
This career opportunity is for a role at an independently owned and operated corporation (“Franchisee”) which is licensed to use the “FreshCo.” trademark(s) by Sobeys Capital Incorporated (“Sobeys”). Applicants hired by a Franchisee will be employees of the Franchisee. No employment or similar relationship will be created between the applicant and Sobeys or its affiliates. As a Franchise Store Operator, you will lead all facets of a store operation including the strategic direction, vision, talent management and operational excellence of an overall store location.
Requirements
- Proven track record of business success
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Superior leadership and communication skills
- Experience leading and building teams
- Full knowledge of retail operations throughout a total store
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience leading people and teams in a retail environment
- Knowledge and experience that will ensure the efficient operation of a business to achieve all financial targets and key performance indicators

- Post-secondary education preferred
