We are seeking a Franchise Contracts Administrator who will manage the lifecycle of franchise agreements, amendments, and related legal documentation on a contract basis. You will ensure accuracy, track key dates, and maintain compliance with franchise disclosure documents (FDDs) and regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, Paralegal Studies, or a related field preferred.
  • 2–4 years of experience in contract administration, legal operations, or franchise management.
  • Strong attention to detail, proficiency in contract management software, and excellent written communication.
  • Experience managing document governance, auditing, and operational record validation.

  • Experience supporting franchise organizations or multi-location businesses.
  • Familiarity with franchise agreements, compliance processes, and operational documentation standards.
  • Knowledge of process mapping and workflow optimization.
  • Experience with CRM integrations and operational systems.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail and process discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and process franchise agreements, renewals, and transfers using standard templates.
  • Maintain an accurate tracking system for franchise records, contract milestones, expiration dates, and fees.
  • Verify that all agreements align with current Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs) and state/federal regulations.
  • Coordinate with franchise development teams, legal counsel, and prospective franchisees to gather required signatures and documentation.
  • Assist with internal audits of franchise files and ensure missing documents are promptly collected and filed.
