About The Position

Franchise Business Developers can receive promotions within 12 months to senior-level roles and earn director level promotions within 18 months, so that they will then lead/manage a team of 4 business developers. Requirements

• Self motivated and driven
• Proven sales experience
• Outbound cold calling experience
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Have 2+ years of face to face & cold calling experience

Nice To Haves

• Preferable high ticket sales experience with small business

Responsibilities

• Prospect and research new concepts and franchisees
• Cold calling to book initial demos with franchisees of concepts with existing relationships and new concepts we are developing relationships with
• Conduct & present demos with franchisees to discuss their digital marketing strategies
• Manage their sales pipeline in Salesforce
