About The Position

Culver Franchising System, LLC is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Franchise Business Consultant (FBC) to support new and existing franchisees and drive growth in the Tennessee and Alabama markets. This role is crucial for overseeing guest service, new restaurant openings, and financial performance in Culver’s franchised locations. The FBC will provide ongoing leadership and expert advice to franchisees on restaurant operations, including fostering positive guest relations, ensuring product quality, managing training programs, optimizing team development, and controlling expenses. Additionally, the FBC will assist franchisees in increasing restaurant sales and profits, thereby enhancing the value of the Culver’s brand. The territory covers Nashville and Memphis, Tennessee, and most of Alabama. Candidates must reside in the greater Nashville, TN area. This is a remote/home-based position requiring approximately 80% travel, with 6-8 overnight stays per week.

Requirements

  • Two-year College or University degree in a related field and 5-8 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience as a General Manager/District Manager in a multi-unit restaurant concept.
  • Ability to travel up to 80% of the time, including nights and weekend travel.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills.
  • Food Safety & Sanitation Certificate.
  • Valid Driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison between Culver Franchising System, LLC (CFS) Culver’s support team, suppliers, and franchisees.
  • Provide leadership and advice to franchisees on their restaurant operations, including food cost control, labor investments, expense control, safety, sanitation, product quality control, training, and guest relations.
  • Ensure franchisee operations reflect favorably on the brand, protect trademark rights, and comply with all brand standards.
  • Maintain knowledge of the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) to ensure operational compliance.
  • Ensure successful management of restaurant openings with appropriate support teams and leadership, planning, and adherence to established restaurant opening budgets.
  • Support franchisees approved for expansion with operations and human resources preparations.
  • Assist franchisees in achieving or exceeding sales, experience, and guest satisfaction goals.
  • Represent company operations on various committees, as needed, including operations, Franchise Advisory Council, R&D, training, information technology, supply, or other functional committees.
  • Plan and set priorities to achieve business objectives.
  • Influence others by building respectful working relationships based on trust and credibility.
  • Adapt to different situations and personalities while maintaining a high level of personal integrity.
