About The Position

The Sr. Franchise Business Consultant serves as the primary liaison between the franchisor and franchisees, acting as their connection to the Franchise Support Center. This role ensures a robust support system and trusted advisory is in place. The consultant is responsible for providing management, operational, and financial support to franchise partners through a consultative relationship built on trust. The effectiveness of this relationship directly impacts the consultant's ability to guide franchisees in leveraging business systems to achieve their personal and business goals. The successful candidate will monitor and measure franchise goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across their assigned territory and brands.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A) or Equivalent experience required.
  • 5 - 7+ years of experience in the capacity of a consultant, advisor, coach, or in running a services-based business or franchise.
  • Skilled in operational efficiencies, best practices, KPIs, and data analysis.
  • Comfortable interpreting P&L statements and understanding how various initiatives may impact top & bottom lines.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally to ensure customers receive necessary support.
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with all Microsoft Office Programs.
  • Clear and precise communication in verbal and written forms.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% to Franchisee locations within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Perform the role of business consultant and coach, building trust with franchise partners to influence growth and profitability within their franchise.
  • Establish a regular cadence of virtual and onsite touch points to maintain a deep understanding of franchise partners' business operations, providing insights and assistance.
  • Develop a deep understanding of all available Authority Brand tools, platforms, and support systems to maximize performance and instill trust with franchisees.
  • Become the go-to person for franchisees seeking advice, needing support in crisis, or wanting to celebrate successes.
  • Prioritize requests from Franchise Support Center (FSC) functions to connect with franchisees.
  • Advise franchise partners on the importance of compliance with the Franchise Agreement and assist as needed.
  • Conduct market meetings for franchisees, bringing groups together for mutual benefit.
  • Provide guidance to franchisees in developing their culture and how it extends the company culture.
  • Perform franchisee territory 'health' diagnostics.
  • Conduct monthly Profit and Loss statement reviews, including Year-over-Year revenue analysis.
  • Other duties as assigned.
