About The Position

Join the team at Ian's Pizza, a local restaurant serving handcrafted pizzas. Depending on the position, team members may prepare and bake pizzas as a Cook; serve customers, prepare salads, and operate the register as a Server; or prepare dough and shred cheese as part of the Prep team. Team members keep work areas clean and stocked, complete shift checklists, and help wherever needed to keep the restaurant running smoothly. The restaurant is fast-paced and high-volume.

The restaurant is open daily from 11 a.m. to 2:30 a.m. Typical shifts include lunch (10 a.m.–4 p.m.), dinner (4 or 5 p.m.–10 p.m.), and late night (10 p.m.–4:15 a.m.). One late-night shift per week is required. For employees seeking Sunday-through-Thursday late-night shifts, two late-night shifts per week are preferred. Evening and weekend availability is needed.

Tipped positions have guaranteed minimum wages of $16 per hour for Front of House and $18 per hour for Cooks. If base pay, the after-10 p.m. bonus, delivery-run reimbursement for drivers, and tips total less than the guaranteed minimum during a two-week pay period, Ian's covers the difference. Applicants must be at least 18 and authorized to work in the U.S.; IDs are required at orientation.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Able to stand, walk, and be on feet for long periods.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds regularly for Servers and up to 50 pounds for other positions.
• Able to work with common allergens such as gluten, dairy, and eggs.
• Comfortable using ovens, knives, and other kitchen equipment.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures and loud, fast-paced restaurant environments.
• Available for at least one late-night shift per week; evening and weekend availability is needed.
