About The Position

The Framer helps customers shop the store and creates memorable custom framing solutions for their art. The role builds customer relationships, provides friendly service, completes framing orders accurately and on time, and helps maintain a safe, clean, clutter-free, well-merchandised, and in-stock store. Responsibilities also include supporting sales and production results, store operations, and company standards.

Requirements

Basic computer skills.
Basic measuring skills.
Ability to operate framing equipment and a glass cutter.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with customers and create custom framing solutions using Elevated ABC Deliver.
Help customers shop, locate products, and find solutions.
Complete framing orders to a high standard of quality and on time.
Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas, including SISO and Directed Replenishment.
Maintain a safe, clean, clutter-free, well-merchandised, and in-stock store.
Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures, company programs, policies, and standards, including applicable laws and requirements.
Support shrink and safety programs.
Participate in truck unloading and stocking, following truck standards and budget requirements.
Operate the cash register and handle cash according to standards.
Assist with omnichannel processes.
Interact respectfully with others, remain positive in difficult situations, and promote the organization’s vision and values.
Perform other duties as assigned.
