About The Position

The Framer/Cashier builds customer relationships by creating memorable custom framing solutions and helping customers shop for products. The role supports a safe, clean, clutter-free, well-merchandised, and in-stock store while delivering friendly customer service. Responsibilities include framing production, maintaining assigned departments, cashiering, stocking, and assisting with omnichannel processes. The position is seasonal and part-time at the Costa Mesa, California store. Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills.
• Basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and a glass cutter.
• Ability to perform regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching; move throughout the store; and remain standing for long periods.
• Ability to lift heavy boxes and frames and access high shelves using a ladder or similar equipment.

Responsibilities

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and company policies, programs, and standards to comply with applicable laws and requirements.
• Build relationships with customers and create custom framing solutions using the company’s Elevated ABC Deliver approach.
• Deliver sales and production results; complete framing orders on time and to a high standard of quality.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas, including SISO and Directed Replenishment.
• Provide friendly customer service, help customers locate products, and offer solutions.
• Maintain a safe, clean, clutter-free, well-merchandised, and in-stock store environment.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Interact with others respectfully and positively, promote the organization’s vision and values, and serve as a role model.
• Participate in truck unloading and stocking according to truck standards and budget.
• Operate the cash register and handle cash according to standards.
• Assist with omnichannel processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
