About The Position

The Framer/Cashier builds customer relationships while creating memorable custom framing solutions and helps customers find products in the store. The role supports a safe, clean, clutter-free, well-merchandised, and in-stock retail environment. It combines customer service, framing production, replenishment and stocking, cash handling, and support for store safety and shrink programs. This is a seasonal, part-time position at the LA-COSTA MESA, CA store.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills.
• Basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and a glass cutter.
• Ability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch regularly.
• Ability to move throughout the store and remain standing for long periods.
• Ability to lift heavy boxes and frames and access high shelves using a ladder or similar equipment.

Responsibilities

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), company programs, policies, and standards, including applicable legal requirements.
• Build customer relationships using Elevated ABC Deliver and create custom framing solutions while delivering sales and production results.
• Complete framing orders to a high standard of quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas, including SISO and Directed Replenishment.
• Provide friendly customer service, help customers locate products, and offer solutions.
• Maintain a well-merchandised and in-stock store.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner, remain positive in difficult situations, and promote the organization’s vision and values.
• Participate in truck unloading and stocking, following truck standards and completing work within budget.
• Operate the cash register and handle cash according to standards.
• Assist with omnichannel processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
