The Frame Manager will lead and coach a team of framers, focusing on building customer relationships and creating framing solutions for their art. This role drives custom framing sales and assists customers in creating memorable framing solutions. The Frame Manager will also assist the Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Company programs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and requirements. They will hold the team accountable for store conditions and results, develop and coach selling behaviors, and lead the delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions on time by planning workload in partnership with the Store Manager. The role involves achieving KPIs, managing the framing team to achieve their role KPIs, reviewing sales and production workload, and building plans and sales floor time for networking. Additionally, the Frame Manager will manage and execute inventory management processes, shrink and safety programs, and serve as Manager on Duty (MOD). They will assist with interviewing, on-boarding, coaching, observing, and training new team members, supporting Talent Development activities, participating in Performance Management activities, and utilizing leadership competencies for self-development. This role partners with MOD’s daily on framing expectations and interacts positively and respectfully with others, promoting organizational vision and values. The Frame Manager participates in truck un-load and stocking processes to ensure truck standards are followed and completed within budget, and follows SOPs and Company programs to ensure a safe environment. They will acknowledge customers, help locate product, provide solutions, and assist with Omni channel processes. Other duties as assigned.
