We are looking for a Frame Carpenter in Wichita, KS who is driven, dependable, and ready to be part of a team where you are known by name and valued for the work you do.

Requirements

Must be able to lift 50 pounds or greater occasionally and 25-50 pounds frequently
Must be able to work outdoors and stand for majority of the day
Must be able to perform tasks while walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and handling
Tool Bag (Includes Framing Hammer - Min 16oz., 25' Tape Measure, Nail Bag, Nail Puller, Quick Square, Utility Knife)
100' & 30' Tape Measure
2' and 4' Level
1/4" Impact
Sheetrock Hand Tools
Lineman Plyers
2' Framing Square
Must be able to work outside the normal operating hours (7am-4pm, winter/fall 7am-3:30pm, spring/summer)
Employees are responsible for transportation to and from the job site

Responsibilities

Experience framing with metal studs including walls, soffits, ceilings in both structural and light duty applications
Ability to hang sheetrock
Ability to install blocking as needed both in wall, around window opening, and roof nailers
Set door frames correctly
Comply to all safety rules and regulations
Be on time to the job site
Have a positive attitude
Be a team player
Have a strong work ethic
