About The Position

The Frame Detailer I prepares hollow metal frame orders for manufacturing, ensuring products are processed accurately and all components are ready for production. The role works with manufacturing and internal teams and includes training and support. It is an opportunity to develop skills for a career in manufacturing, construction, or engineering support.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfort using Microsoft Excel and willingness to learn new software.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Basic math skills, including fractions, measurements, and geometry.
Ability to read and interpret technical information and work instructions.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

Technical school education or experience in manufacturing, construction, detailing, drafting, or a related field; preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Process LaForce manufactured frame orders accurately with training and support.
Review hardware schedules to ensure product preps do not interfere with one another.
Verify manufacturing templates, dimensions, and prep locations for accuracy.
Order components and parts needed for product assemblies.
Maintain accurate documentation and data using Microsoft Excel and internal systems.
Communicate with internal departments to resolve questions and keep projects moving.
Apply basic math, measurements, and problem-solving skills to ensure precision.
Support a collaborative, quality-focused, and safety-conscious work environment.
