About The Position

The CNC Frame Builder performs frame-building work in a loud environment, working closely with team members and completing duties accurately and on time. The role requires sustained work for at least eight hours per day, lifting 25–50 pounds independently, and wearing hearing protection at all times. Overtime may be required, including possible Saturday work as needed.

Requirements

• At least 1–2 years of frame-building experience.
• Ability to work continuously for a minimum of 8 hours per day.
• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds independently.
• Ability to work in loud environments while wearing hearing protection at all times.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Organized and able to multitask.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attendance record.
• Ability to work and make decisions with minimum supervision.

Nice To Haves

• Plywood frame-building experience preferred.

Responsibilities
