Fragrance Lab Support Assistant
About The Position
The Fragrance Development Support Assistant works closely with the Fragrance Development team to support its business needs and daily activities related to market products, evaluation setup, and general team needs. Under the direction of the Fragrance Development Services Manager, the assistant may also provide support in other areas as needed to meet the team’s fast-paced needs. This is a six-month position with a possible extension, based in Plainsboro, New Jersey, with a day shift schedule of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The listed pay rate is $25.00–$27.00 per hour; additional compensation information lists $24–$27 hourly.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Detail-oriented.

- Proactive and motivated.
Responsibilities
- Set up and clean up evaluations.
- Organize market products.
- Manage physical and digital fine fragrance collections.
- Handle product pour-off requests.
- Decontaminate hair swatches.
- Conduct brand research.
- Perform data entry.
- Edit product images.
- Provide support in other areas as needed by the Fragrance Development team.
