About The Position

Silva-Lining HR is seeking a Fractional Trade Community Manager for a client to lead and grow an engaged online trading community. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in relationship-driven environments, understands social media engagement strategy, and knows how to build strong connections within niche online communities. The ideal candidate is highly proactive, community-oriented, and experienced in managing online engagement, client interactions, and social media-driven outreach initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in community management, client engagement, or related roles
  • 2+ years of hands-on social media management experience, specifically on Instagram
  • Strong understanding of engagement strategies and audience interaction techniques
  • Proven experience growing and engaging online communities through social media platforms
  • Experience managing webinars, online events, or community engagement initiatives
  • Strong understanding of online community platforms, social engagement tactics, and outreach strategies
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Creative, proactive, organized, and equipped with strong time management skills
  • Comfortable initiating conversations and engaging with clients or online communities
  • Strong emotional intelligence and professionalism in online interactions
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently in a remote environment

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and execute the trade-client engagement strategy, primarily through Instagram
  • Manage and moderate community platforms, social channels, and online discussions to maintain a positive and engaging environment
  • Reach out to existing clients and encourage them to follow and engage with the company’s social media platforms
  • Maintain ongoing engagement with existing clients by liking, commenting on, and resharing relevant posts and content
  • Use Instagram and other social platforms to identify potential new clients and manage outreach efforts
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase community participation, engagement, and brand presence
  • Coordinate and organize community events, webinars, and virtual engagement initiatives
  • Monitor and respond to community feedback, inquiries, and messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure community initiatives align with broader company goals and campaigns
  • Assist with content planning and social media engagement efforts to strengthen community visibility and interaction
