About The Position

As FP&A Manager at Conga you’ll support the maintenance of our corporate financial model inputs, monthly financial close processes, reporting, and analytics needs, and then some. You’ll develop relationships across the Product (R&D) organizations to enhance and improve the accuracy and understanding of budgets, forecasts, and analyses. You’ll help to expand the support the Product organization through pricing analysis and product roadmap prioritization. At Conga, our Finance team is essential to our success. You’ll be part of the critical support for our operational management team, executive leadership team, and board of directors.

Requirements

5 or more years in FP&A, corporate strategy, or related fields.
Specific history in supporting and working with executive leadership of an R&D at a SaaS company.
Experience in creating robust financial analyses, models, reports, and dashboards, especially using Excel.
Vast understanding of accounting, finance, and operations principles.
Ability to take initiative to understand business needs and challenges.
Ability to form quality, robust recommendations through acquired knowledge, data sources, and existing processes.
Ability to create scalable solutions that will help immediately and in the future.
Proactive in completing own work and introducing projects that benefit the team or organization.
Entrepreneurial spirit.
Understanding and prior experience supporting a Product (R&D) organization at a software (SaaS) company is a must.

Nice To Haves

Hands-on experience with FP&A relational databases, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.), and Salesforce reporting.
Experience facilitating due diligence or assisting in corporate development processes such as M&A, capital raises, etc.
Experience within FP&A tools such as Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, etc.
Quality oriented with good processes to ensure accuracy.
Resourceful and collaborative, finding answers and solutions through various resources.
Successful completion of a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration is highly preferred.
