About The Position

Dynamic Manufacturing is seeking a highly motivated FP&A Manager. The successful candidate will have proven experience and strong knowledge of drivers of operational performance and profitability in a manufacturing environment. This newly created role will be responsible for providing financial modeling and analysis, supporting business strategy, and enhancing the Company's financial planning processes. This role requires strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and strategic thinking as well as team management experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum BA/BS in Finance/Accounting/ Economics or related field
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience managing FP&A function in manufacturing organization
  • 2+ years of people management experience
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, executive‑level presentation development, and data storytelling
  • Ability to organize workload and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Team player with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated respect for culture of ethics and compliance.
  • Advanced Excel and other Microsoft Office skills
  • Current experience with ERP systems (IFS a Plus)
  • Ability to self-start on various analytical projects, including research, investigation, modeling including presentation of findings to management

  • Experience working with large datasets and creating robust models or dashboards

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop small team of business analysts and accountants
  • Lead financial process for annual Plan and quarterly rolling forecast
  • Lead planning and analysis of Capital Expenditure Plan
  • Work cross-functionally within the organization to understand drivers of cost, profit and operational performance. Provide insights to help leadership identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and sustainable growth.
  • Become a trusted contributor and provide support that will assist in strategic decision making to the executive team.
  • Prepare and present monthly product line profitability and explain drivers of variances to forecast and prior periods
  • Improve controls and processes supporting the business
  • Build out functionality of financial planning in new ERP (IFS)
  • Work with team members to create and continuously improve management reporting, analysis and performance metrics
  • Leading ad hoc analyses, projects, and process improvements as needed
