About The Position

As FP&A Manager supporting the Abrasive Systems Division (ASD), you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Driving the ASD finance operational rhythm (Strategic, Operating, quarterly, monthly, weekly), assuring alignment and process standardization in financial aspects Support weekly & monthly financial management processes, reviews, and reporting Connect operational actions to financial planning to drive accountability & execution Leverage analytical tools, risk analysis approaches, data analytics and statistical assessment to enhance understanding of financial performance and outlook Support budgeting and spending analysis processes for R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Admin functions within the division Collaborate with other division FP&A leaders, SIBG FP&A, and Corporate FP&A to improve processes and analytical approaches Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
  • Seven (7) years of finance experience working in private, public, government or military environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Responsibilities

  • Driving the ASD finance operational rhythm (Strategic, Operating, quarterly, monthly, weekly), assuring alignment and process standardization in financial aspects
  • Support weekly & monthly financial management processes, reviews, and reporting
