FP & A Intern
About The Position
The FP&A Intern will support the Finance team in providing financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to help drive business decision-making. This role will collaborate cross-functionally to analyze financial performance, identify process improvement opportunities, and support automation initiatives. The intern will assist with monthly close activities, financial modeling, variance analysis, and the preparation of management reports. This position offers valuable exposure to business operations, strategic planning, and financial analysis within a dynamic organization. This position is part of the Finance Department located in Fargo, ND and will be on-site. You will be a part of the FP&A team and report to the Sr. Manager of Finance responsible for budgeting, forecasting, monthly/quarterly close activities, variance analysis, and delivering executive-ready insights.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
- OneStream or other financial systems
