2027 Intern - FP&A Finance & Reporting
About The Position
Join a high-visibility team managing worldwide consolidation for the GTM & Sales finance organization while helping automate multiple business processes. This internship provides hands-on experience in forecasting, predictive modeling, and process improvement, with exposure to global finance operations. The intern will help create automated recurring financial reports and standardized reporting packages, support dashboards and presentation materials for Finance Business Partners, and work with Finance colleagues to understand reporting needs. The role also focuses on improving the accuracy, consistency, accessibility, and efficiency of recurring Finance reporting by reducing manual work and developing repeatable processes. The intern will explore practical uses of automation and AI in Finance workflows and deliver process improvements that can benefit the team beyond the internship.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled full-time in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, or equivalent experience, in Finance; projected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
- Ability to participate in a full-time internship from May through September 2027.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in Finance, FP&A, financial analysis, and business performance.
- Working knowledge of Excel, Databricks, and Python, and comfort working with data.
- Interest in learning reporting, visualization, automation, and AI tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to organize information and communicate findings clearly.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and ask thoughtful questions.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and processes.
- Skills in data analysis and visualization.
- PowerPoint and presentation development skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Nice To Haves
- Exposure to tools such as Power BI, SQL, or Python.

Responsibilities
- Support the creation and delivery of automated recurring weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports.
- Help automate repetitive reporting tasks to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
- Explore and apply AI tools to improve reporting, automate routine tasks, summarize insights, and identify opportunities to define and improve Finance processes.
- Assist in creating standardized reporting packages that summarize key business and financial performance.
- Work with Finance team members to understand reporting needs and help develop practical solutions.
- Help build and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentation materials used by Finance Business Partners.
- Perform data checks to help ensure reports are accurate and complete.
- Improve the consistency and accessibility of financial information for financial liaison roles.
- Help create repeatable reporting processes that can be used by the broader team.
- Identify practical opportunities to use automation and AI to improve the efficiency of Finance workflows.
- Deliver process improvements that continue to benefit the team beyond the internship.
