About The Position

This FP&A Analyst will be heavily passionate about corporate and merchandise financial analysis that supports the Global Finance team (Finance and Merchandise Analysis). This is a high visibility position and candidate must have a phenomenal sense of integrity and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Crocs is a fast-paced environment with lots of opportunities to learn and be challenged.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or Economics, MBA a plus
2+ years of related work experience
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
Experience with BI tools, SAP or BPC a plus
Expert in building models for analysis
Knowledge of accounting procedures

Responsibilities

Deliver analytical insights to support business decisions and process improvements, external financial reporting communications, data mining and various reporting needs.
Assist in weekly revenue reporting, ensuring leadership receives timely and relevant intra-quarter results.
Consolidate Global Revenue KPI’s: DTC Comps, Store Count, Wholesale Account plans, etc.
Demonstrate thought leadership by transforming data into actionable recommendations and measurable outcomes.
Establish trust and communicate effectively to senior management
Perform ad hoc analysis to address key strategic or operational questions across multiple disciplines
Partner with the FP&A team on presentations, ad-hoc analysis and other reporting requirements upon request
Support the preparation of all financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for Planning, Forecasting and Variance Analysis
Assist with Quarter-End external financial reporting activities
Work effectively within teams, demonstrating a results-driven approach and a high level of initiative.
Maintain the ability to meet tight deadlines and perform under pressure.
