About The Position

The FP&A Analyst, working in collaboration with and in support of the firm’s strategic initiatives, is a technically skilled, curious, and forward-thinking professional who supports financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and insight-driven decision-making for assigned practice groups and across the firm. This role serves as an analytical liaison between practice group leadership and the FP&A team, connecting business activity to financial results. The FP&A Analyst brings strong analytical skills, profit-centric business acumen, and excellent written and verbal communication. The role partners with practice groups to deliver clear reporting and financial storytelling that surfaces performance drivers, risks, and opportunities. Through regular engagement, the Analyst translates analysis into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions, improve profitability, and support the firm’s long-term growth goals.
