About The Position

Are you a highly analytical finance professional who enjoys turning data into strategic business decisions? We're seeking an FP&A Analyst to join our growing finance team and play a key role in forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and operational analysis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2-5 years of FP&A, financial analysis, or accounting experience who wants exposure to senior leadership while making a measurable impact on business performance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
2-5 years of FP&A, financial analysis, or accounting experience
Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and financial modeling
Experience with Power Query, Power BI, or similar reporting tools
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to translate financial data into actionable business recommendations
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Nice To Haves

ERP experience such as Oracle or other large financial systems preferred
Experience supporting multi-location or multi-division organizations
Exposure to labor forecasting and operational finance
Experience building executive dashboards and reporting packages
Process improvement and reporting automation experience

Responsibilities

Partner with Finance, Operations, and Business Leaders to support key strategic decisions.
Develop and maintain monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range financial plans.
Analyze financial performance through variance analysis, KPI reporting, and trend identification.
Build financial models to evaluate business performance, risks, and opportunities.
Create executive-level reporting packages and presentations for leadership teams.
Monitor revenue, labor costs, and operational metrics across multiple business units.
Manage large datasets and leverage Excel, Power Query, and Power BI to improve reporting efficiency.
Support month-end close activities, reconciliations, and financial reporting processes.
Identify process improvements and opportunities for automation within FP&A.
