About The Position

Lebanon School District is seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated Elementary Classroom Teacher to nurture, guide, and empower our students. As an Elementary Classroom Teacher, you’ll be at the heart of our mission creating engaging lessons in reading, math, science, social studies, and more. You’ll adapt instruction to meet every child where they are, using creativity, data, and compassion to help each student grow. From designing eye-catching bulletin boards to collaborating with colleagues, you’ll help shape a positive, inclusive environment where all kids thrive.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum)
• Current Pennsylvania Department of Education certification
• A collaborative spirit and commitment to equity
• Strong communication skills—clear, caring, and consistent
