About The Position

As an On-Call Fountain Worker/Starbucks Barista at ARIA, you will primarily support Starbucks operations and may assist at other quick-service outlets, including Posh Burger and the back-of-house Coffee Shop, based on business needs. You will provide friendly, personalized service and prepare quality beverages and food items to create memorable guest experiences.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to work varied, on-call shifts.
• Willingness and ability to obtain a valid Alcohol Awareness Card and Food Handlers Card.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of experience as a food handler in a similar high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take, place, serve, and garnish food and drink orders efficiently and accurately, as applicable.
• Collect money while following cash-handling and comp procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance of front- and back-of-house areas; clear tables and counters and clean dining areas without disturbing guests.
• Pack orders according to guest preferences and include necessary condiments.
• Label and date products according to safety and sanitation procedures.
• Perform opening and closing duties based on shift assignment.
• Unload warehouse orders; organize and stock designated storage; and replenish products at workstations, counters, and tables as needed.
• Resolve guest complaints within the scope of authority or refer them to management; notify a supervisor and/or Security of unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft.
• Perform other job-related duties as requested.
