About The Position

NOV is seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join its team at the Marble Falls, TX facility. The Foundry Worker plays a vital role in the melt process for a variety of investment casting products, contributing to a safety-focused, team-oriented manufacturing environment. The role involves supporting melt operations and related production processes, following work orders, and meeting company Health, Safety, and Environmental standards. The employee must be willing and able to work overtime as needed, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic computer literacy.
• General knowledge of quality control principles.
• Willingness and ability to work overtime as needed, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience or familiarity with the investment casting (lost wax) process.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload high-temperature ovens for the metal pouring process.
• Assist with melt operations, including filtering, applying hot tops, covering, and repairing molds.
• Monitor and maintain temperature control and perform deslagging procedures as required.
• Disassemble, clean, and rebuild melt pots to support safe and efficient operation.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned by supervision.
• Adhere to NOV company policies and Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.
• Read and interpret work orders to determine production requirements.
• Accurately complete and submit labor tickets.
• Stage work orders and materials to support the melt process.
• Assist with melt operations as needed.
• Prepare and stage work orders for the knockout process.
