About The Position
We are looking for a dependable and experienced Foundry Worker to join a busy manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have previous foundry experience, be comfortable working around heavy equipment and industrial machinery, and be able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
Requirements
- Previous foundry experience is required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to perform physical job duties associated with foundry work
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of tasks throughout the foundry and manufacturing process
- Operate and assist with foundry equipment and machinery
- Prepare materials and products for production
- Follow production procedures and safety guidelines
- Inspect materials and finished products for quality
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Safely handle materials, tools, and equipment
- Work effectively with supervisors and other team members
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
