•$175,000 - $205,000

About The Position

NDot AI is building a U.S.-China mini-drama ecosystem, leveraging NewsBreak's audience, distribution, recommendation, and growth capabilities. This role is for the founding U.S. GTM & Partnerships Lead, responsible for building the U.S. side of this ecosystem from the ground up. The individual will collaborate with a China-based GTM counterpart to bring short-drama producers, app developers, directors, and creative talent to NewsBreak, NDot, and Nova. Key responsibilities include signing and activating high-quality content partners, and closing distribution, app-growth, and monetization partnerships. A significant aspect of the role involves connecting U.S. directors and culturally fluent creatives with Chinese production and AI-studio capacity to create content that resonates with U.S. audiences and can be produced at scale. This is a hands-on, 0→1 ecosystem-building role that requires close collaboration with senior leadership, product, engineering, and ad sales teams. Insights gained from partners will directly inform NDot's product and GTM priorities.
