Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 0-5 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer, or equivalent (internships, personal projects)
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and fundamentals
• Comfortable with the complexities and trade-offs of early-stage product development
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Strong problem-solving skills, coupled with an ability to think creatively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex technical concepts simply

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end software solutions
• Lead the development of our core product features and functionalities
• Collaborate with the founding team to define product roadmap and execute on it
• Participate in strategic decisions about tech stack, development process, and code architecture
• Stay abreast of new technology trends and look for ways to leverage them in our product
• Mentor new team members as our engineering team grows
