About The Position
BBY (Beauty By You) is building the operating system for independent service professionals who run their own business. Our mobile app manages everything from bookings to payments to client relationships, and gives every user a custom booking website + portfolio. On top of that, AI agents handle the busywork so they can focus on what they do best. We're growing fast and looking for our first full-time Founding Engineer to join us and help shape the future of the company.
Requirements
- 1+ years experience as a full-stack or mobile app engineer.
- Experience shipping real products (startups, side projects, freelance, etc).
- Passion for startups and building things from the ground up.
- Willing to work IN-PERSON full-time in Utah County.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with the founders to design and build core product features across mobile, web, and backend.
- Own major parts of the product from 0 to 1 and beyond.
- Make key architectural decisions as we scale our platform.
- Collaborate on everything from UX to database design to infrastructure.
- Jump in on feature bugs and improvements.
