About The Position

Phoebe is building a network of AI agents to coordinate the in-home care market, one of the biggest labor forces in the country. We have found product-market fit and we are scaling fast. We are hiring a founding talent partner to help us build out our team across all functions. You'll take full ownership of recruiting across engineering, GTM, and leadership, treating every open role as a business problem to solve with a direct contribution to what Phoebe becomes.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience at a mix of agency and fast-growing, product-driven companies.
  • Experience as a hunter who finds passive candidates.
  • Ability to get results out of people who don't report to you.
  • Ability to drive external firms hard, hold them accountable, and make them deliver on your timeline.
  • High agency, low ego.
  • Willingness to do unglamorous coordination to move a hire.

Nice To Haves

  • Tilt toward either technical or GTM recruiting is fine.

Responsibilities

  • Own a live search end-to-end, starting with engineering, the spine of our hiring.
  • Source, screen, and drive searches to close.
  • Build the recruiting machine: ATS, scorecards, screening filters, pipeline reporting, and a weekly operating cadence.
  • Land leadership roles and senior engineers.
  • Engage external firms and drive them to deliver on your timeline.
  • Systematize repeatable recruiting processes.
  • Take ownership of recruiting across engineering, GTM, and leadership.
