Genstone Realty is a newly launched brokerage backed by the long-established FAY platform. We are an integrated real estate ecosystem- brokerage, mortgage, servicing, insurance, construction, and REO- designed to reduce friction, protect margins, and create consistency for both agents and clients. This is not a startup guessing its way forward- this is infrastructure already in motion. Requirements
- Active real estate license (required)
- Minimum 1+ year of production experience (more strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of your local market
- Proven ability to convert and close business
- High-level communication and negotiation skills
- Self-led, but thrives in a collaborative environment
Responsibilities
- Grow and scale your personal production
- Convert opportunities into closed transactions with confidence
- Guide buyers and sellers through the transaction process
- Collaborate with in-house partners across mortgage, servicing, and insurance
- Build relationships and expand your network through events and outreach
- Help set the standard for culture, professionalism, and execution in a new market
