SKELAR is seeking a Founding Product Manager for a new AI-powered mobile application focused on self-development. This app aims to help users achieve their goals by leveraging personalized simulations and gamification, similar to how Duolingo teaches languages. The target markets are the US, UK, EU, Australia, and Canada. The role offers the prospect of growing into a CPO and co-founder position.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product management, at a Senior level.
• Proven experience managing a mobile application (iOS/Android) in tier-one markets.
• Data-first approach with strong data analysis skills for building correct user flows.
• Experience with analytical tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Firebase.
• High level of AI fluency – using AI tools for writing, research, prototyping, and building.
• Proven track record of measurable results in previous roles.

Nice To Haves

• Interest or background in personality psychology, typologies, or behavioral science.
• Experience with AI-powered and gamified consumer products.
• Experience in a 0-to-1 startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Work on the product roadmap.
• Lead the strategy and launch of the mobile application in tier-one markets.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests to validate product decisions.
• Define and track key product metrics such as retention, activation, engagement, and conversion.
• Collaborate with design to create an intuitive, gamified user experience.
• Utilize AI tools daily to accelerate research, prototyping, and execution.
• Deeply understand personality psychology and typologies to accurately digitize human experience.
