About The Position

Revive Recruitment is partnering with an exciting early-stage AI startup that's transforming healthcare through agentic AI. This is a rare opportunity to become the company's first dedicated Product Manager, taking ownership of the entire product function and playing a pivotal role in shaping both the product strategy and customer experience from the ground up. Requirements

• 6+ years' Product Management experience with ownership of end-to-end product delivery.
• Strong background within B2B SaaS products, working with enterprise customers.
• Experience developing product roadmaps, writing detailed product specifications and delivering successful software products.
• Previous experience within a structured technology environment where you've developed strong product management fundamentals.
• Comfortable working directly with customers, managing expectations and translating feedback into product improvements.
• A proactive, self-starting mindset with the ability to create structure in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working alongside engineering teams building AI or modern software products is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap across multiple AI-powered healthcare products from concept through to launch.
• Work directly with enterprise customers, leading onboarding, managing relationships and gathering feedback to shape future product development.
• Write clear product requirements and specifications that enable engineering teams to execute efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations and Customer Success to deliver high-impact features.
• Prioritise product initiatives, manage competing priorities and drive projects through to completion.
• Identify risks early, communicate progress effectively and ensure stakeholders remain aligned.
• Play a key role in defining product strategy while helping establish product management processes as the business scales.
