SolaNew York, NY
Onsite

About The Position

Sola is transforming the way work is done by developing AI agents that make powerful automation effortless. The company's platform enables users to record a workflow and instantly scale it up to millions of executions, powering enterprise workflows in Fortune 100 companies across various sectors like healthcare, finance, legal, and logistics. Sola has raised $21M in funding and is seeking passionate individuals to help scale its operations. The role focuses on bringing Figma-level UI/UX excellence to enterprise AI workflow automation, ensuring automations are intelligent, self-directed, predictable, and consistent within complex enterprise environments. The product manager will address key questions regarding AI agent capabilities, human-in-the-loop processes, and designing intuitive experiences for non-technical users in large enterprises.

Requirements

  • Sharp product judgment paired with genuine design taste: a high bar for elegant, simple user experiences, and the instinct to sweat the details.
  • Enough technical fluency to go deep on a genuinely technical product domain and partner with engineering as a peer.
  • A clear, concise communicator who brings structure to ambiguity and can represent both users and engineering tradeoffs to any audience.
  • AI fluency: you explore and prototype with the latest AI tools, and you can reason about model capabilities well enough to make product calls.
  • You're open to working 5 days a week out of our office in NYC (we'll cover relocation!)

Responsibilities

  • Partner with our CEO, design, and engineering to set product strategy and own the roadmap, balancing near-term needs with long-term vision.
  • Drive features end-to-end: requirements, crisp specs, stakeholder alignment, and keeping design, engineering, and go-to-market in lockstep.
  • Talk to users constantly, turning their pain points into a clear sense of what's most valuable to build next.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary plus meaningful equity at Series A stage.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits.
  • 401(k) matching.
  • Daily meals together in the office.
  • Flexible PTO (4 weeks per year).
  • Relocation support for candidates not already based in NYC.
