About The Position

Solstice is building the industry’s leading AI platform for generating compliant life sciences marketing content. We’re looking for a Product Engineer to join our founding team and help design, build, and scale the core product experience end to end. This role is ideal for someone who loves owning product problems and thrives at the intersection of engineering, UX, and product strategy. You’ll work closely with co-founders Yiwen and Aris, as well as design, AI, and backend engineers, to shape Solstice as we grow. Reach out to [email protected] to learn more.

Requirements

Strong product engineering fundamentals
Experience building and shipping production systems, ideally in B2B or enterprise environments.
Product mindset: You think beyond implementation—you care deeply about user outcomes, tradeoffs, and long-term maintainability.
Independent thinking: Comfortable making decisions, driving projects forward, and navigating ambiguity without heavy process.
Bias toward action: You move fast, iterate often, and take ownership in a high-velocity startup environment.
Clear communication & collaboration: You value direct feedback, thoughtful debate, and tight collaboration across disciplines.

Responsibilities

Owning end-to-end product feature. From problem definition and technical design to implementation and launch
Building intuitive, high-quality user experiences using modern web technologies (NextJS)
Developing product workflows that integrate AI outputs, human review, compliance logic, and collaboration
Partnering closely with backend and AI engineers to design scalable, reliable systems
Iterating quickly based on customer feedback and real-world usage
Designing, shipping, and owning production-grade software in a regulated enterprise environment
