About The Position

Dependable AI helps companies put agents to work safely. We exist to help companies do more of their work with agents, and we build the infrastructure that makes a company's own work runnable by them. Our first product, MintMCP, gives those agents governed access to company data and tools. This requires trust, ensuring agents have scoped access to company data and tools, capturing data flows and audit logs for security teams. MintMCP scopes access down to job requirements and captures necessary security data. The company is building the rest of the agent stack, aiming to become the system a company's work runs on. They operate in person in the San Francisco Bay Area with a flat structure and a fast-moving market, allowing significant autonomy. The company is AI-native, with extensive use of AI agents for sales, marketing, deal ops, and engineering. Since launching in February 2026, they have acquired over 30 paying customers, including Coursera, Arlo, and Braze, with strong inbound demand. They are backed by prominent investors and angels, and their founders have strong academic and industry backgrounds in machine learning.

Requirements

  • Built a growth marketing function from zero.
  • Turned messy demand into measurable pipeline at an early-stage B2B company (ideally dev-tools, infra, or security) and can point to the numbers.
  • Possess real positioning and messaging instincts for a technical buyer.
  • Can hold a conversation with engineers, security leaders, and AI leaders, and turn it into content and campaigns that land.
  • Run demand across multiple channels (SEO, AEO, paid, lifecycle, content) and know how to pick the next lever.
  • Run both a self-serve PLG motion and a sales-assist motion into a buying committee.
  • Own the numbers: fluent in attribution and funnel analytics, and can model CAC, payback, and a forecast.
  • Deeply AI-native and already use agents to multiply yourself.
  • Built or directed agentic workflows, not just used AI tools.
  • Excited to run a fleet of agents as your team instead of hiring one.
  • Thrive before the playbook exists: decide what matters, ship within hours, measure what happened, and change direction without a mature org.
  • Report to the CEO.

  • Stood up outbound that worked, partnering closely with AEs on targeting, messaging, and sequencing.
  • Experience taking a product upmarket, or repositioning and repricing one.

Responsibilities

  • Own how MintMCP grows, turning heavy inbound into measurable, repeatable pipeline across self-serve and sales-assisted motions.
  • Own positioning for a technical buyer and demand generation across SEO, AEO, paid, and content.
  • Run a webinar series and a steady stream of campaign experiments.
  • Build outbound from the ground up with the AE team.
  • Own the lifecycle that turns signups, trials, and security reviews into pipeline.
  • Own the numbers: channel performance, CAC, payback, and forecasting.
  • Orchestrate a fleet of agents to handle research, enrichment, sequencing, follow-up, content drafts, and reporting.
  • Look at a messy funnel, find the bottleneck, design the experiment, ship it the same day, and read the data the next morning.
  • Work across the GTM team.
