About The Position

Virio is building the next-generation B2B GTM stack. Backed by investors and operators from LinkedIn, YouTube, HubSpot, Rippling, and Google, we help the fastest-growing B2B companies go to market through executive-led content that drives revenue. We are now looking for a Founding Marketer to own and scale all revenue-driving growth initiatives across marketing, demand generation, and go-to-market systems.

Requirements

Proven experience running real events, not just assisting.
Strong ability to manage people and logistics effectively.
Sales skills for sponsorships, partnerships, and securing executive participation.
Ability to move fast and own outcomes with minimal process.
High agency and execution bias; takes action immediately.
Revenue obsession; focused on pipeline quality, velocity, and downstream revenue.
Comfort with ambiguity; motivated by building from scratch.
Direct, accountable communication; values clarity, speed, and ownership.
Low ego and relentless follow-through; takes complete responsibility.

Responsibilities

Manage the entire events process, from initial concept to post-event follow-up.
Handle sponsorships, including securing the right partners and getting Virio into relevant events.
Manage vendors, venues, catering, AV, and swag to ensure smooth event execution.
Build and maintain a community that extends beyond single events, fostering long-term engagement.
Collaborate closely with sales and content teams to ensure events contribute to business objectives.
