As Senior Recruiter you'll be voize's first dedicated recruiter on the ground in New York, joining our 5-person US team, including CEO & Co-founder Fabio. You'll be the trusted partner hiring Enterprise Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Solution Engineers; guiding every candidate through a fast, transparent, and deeply human process. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role, working directly with the Head of Talent Acquisition, and Fabio our CEO & Co-founder: you'll shape how voize shows up in the US talent market and lay the foundation for the team that follows.

Requirements

Several years of full-cycle, in-house recruiting experience in fast-scaling SaaS or tech companies, with a strong track record hiring commercial and GTM talent.
Proven ability to build a market presence from the ground up, hands-on with sourcing, scheduling, and logistics as much as strategy, comfortable being the first dedicated TA hire for a new region or office.
Skilled active sourcer who treats outreach, networking, and community building as core to the job.
Confident stakeholder management, able to advise and influence hiring managers and leadership, including direct collaboration with founders and executive stakeholders.
Able to work hybrid from our New York office 3-4 days a week.

Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruiting for US go-to-market roles.
Own onsite and virtual interview scheduling and logistics end to end, keeping every process fast, organized, and candidate-friendly.
Represent voize at industry meetups, conferences, and networking events, and build a referral engine, turning genuine relationships into pipeline.
Proactively source and engage best-in-class talent through targeted outreach, not just inbound applications.
Partner closely with the global TA team + hiring managers, bringing local market insight into voize's playbook.
