Our vision Short-term rental operators are drowning in scattered tools, missed guest messages, and manual work. We're building one system that runs it all — from guest communication and reservations to cleaning, maintenance, pricing, and reporting, powered by AI. Base360.ai is on a mission to become the operating system that short-term rental businesses around the world run on. We help property managers automate operations, increase revenue, and scale their portfolios without growing their workload. We're early, we're moving fast, and we're looking for people who want to help build something huge from the ground up. About the role We're looking for a Founding Growth Marketer to help Base360 reach short-term rental operators and property management companies — and turn attention into demo bookings, qualified leads, and customers. We're open to how you get there: you might go deep and own a single channel, or run across several. Paid ads, SEO, outbound, content, partnerships, lifecycle, funnels — we want someone who can find what works and make it grow. This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role. You'll work directly with the founder, experiment quickly, and build our growth engine from the ground up.

• You care about commercial results. You measure success through qualified demand and customers, not just impressions and clicks.

• Hands-on experience with paid ads, SEO, outbound, content, lifecycle marketing, or partnerships.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, short-term rentals, hospitality technology, or marketing to property managers.

Responsibilities

• Own a growth channel end to end — or run across several. Set the strategy, launch campaigns, and take responsibility for results.
• Generate qualified leads and drive demo bookings.
• Build campaigns that reach short-term rental operators through paid ads, SEO, outbound, referrals, and industry partnerships.
• Understand our customers. Learn how property managers operate, what slows them down, and what makes them switch software.
• Run experiments fast. Test hooks, audiences, funnels, and offers; stop what doesn't work and scale what does.
• Use AI wherever it gives you an edge. Apply it to research, copy, targeting, content production, and automation.
• Build funnels and landing pages that convert. Improve each step from first impression to demo booking and paying customer.
• Work closely with the founder on positioning and messaging. Turn product capabilities into clear reasons for operators to choose Base360.
• Track performance. Measure lead quality, conversion rates, acquisition costs, and pipeline contribution — and explain what's working and why.
