About The Position

Anomaly is your personal health intelligence. We're independent, and we sit above all of it: fusing every signal - labs, imaging, wearables, genome, history - into one clear picture, paired with a dedicated physician accountable for where your health is headed, and where to intervene, not just the moment something goes wrong. The product isn't more data or a faster doctor. It's better decisions, made consistently, over years. We own the months between episodic care: the trajectory, the relationship, the decisions that mean fewer things go wrong in the first place. The Team Ramin Sahebjavaher, PhD is the founder and CEO of Anomaly Health. As founding team at Prenuvo, he led the technology and strategy that powered the company into a business with over $140M annual revenue. His academic work pioneering cancer imaging techniques has been adopted by research institutions worldwide. Anomaly is the next chapter: moving further upstream to build the intelligence layer that makes proactive health actually work. Anomaly is backed by Forum Ventures — the leading early-stage fund and venture studio for B2B startups, with teams in New York, San Francisco, Toronto, and remote. The Role This is the founding growth hire - the first person whose entire job is growth and reaching the people that deeply care about longevity and wellbeing.

Requirements

  • Experienced operator who has spent time building consumer brands or wellness products, ideally as a first or very early founding member of the team.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in growth, performance marketing, or early GTM.
  • Have run creator or influencer programs before. Real relationships, tracked attribution, not just boosted posts.
  • Fluent in the modern growth stack: outbound tooling (Apollo, Instantly, Trigify), CRM and marketing automation (Clarify, Loops or equivalent), attribution.
  • Track your own health data. Genuinely interested in wearables, diagnostics, and what proactive medicine actually looks like.
  • Run experiments before you write decks. Bias for action. Comfortable with ambiguity and a lean budget.
  • Skilled storyteller and excellent communicator.

  • Creator & influencer - Identify the right longevity, optimization, and health creators, build real relationships, and set up programs where attribution actually tracks.
  • Content & community - a content engine that compounds, and a real presence on the channels our people actually use.
  • Lifecycle & automation - build the activation, nurture, and win-back motions that turn interest into committed members.
