About The Position

As the first US hire, you will spearhead Marloo’s expansion into the American market. Reporting to the founders, you will define the go-to-market strategy, build high-trust relationships within the RIA and broker-dealer ecosystems, and transform early prospects into loyal customers. This is a founding-level opportunity to scale a proven AI-native system of record. Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience within the US financial advice industry, specifically as an adviser, paraplanner, or in a client-facing role at a wealth management or FinTech firm.
  • Deep familiarity with the US regulatory environment and common wealth tech stacks like Orion, Redtail, or Wealthbox, enabling high-credibility conversations with stakeholders.
  • A self-starting "builder" mindset with a track record of operating in ambiguous environments and a genuine passion for using AI to automate manual workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end US GTM strategy, from identifying ideal customer profiles and running cold outreach to conducting technical demos and closing early accounts.
  • Act as the primary feedback loop between US advisers and the product team, ensuring features and compliance outputs are perfectly localized for the American regulatory landscape.
  • Represent Marloo as a thought leader at major industry conferences and within professional communities to build a robust referral network and brand presence.
