Nitra is looking for a Founding Enterprise AE who will be responsible for creating the enterprise sales playbook from scratch to break into complex, high-stakes verticals like Private Equity firms, Hospital Systems, and Universities. This role requires a high-achieving and goal-oriented individual who thrives on heavy outbound prospecting and navigating the bureaucratic internal politics of large-scale institutions to deliver on an ambitious roadmap.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Sales experience, specifically in Enterprise or Strategic account roles.
  • BA degree or equivalent practice experience.
  • Direct experience in enterprise-level sales, business development, or similar high-stakes go-to-market positions.
  • Background in B2B enterprise sales, with experience in a highly regulated industry and a passion to help large-scale organizations succeed.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and/or a startup where you built processes from zero.
  • Multiple years of experience working closely with executive-level stakeholders, demonstrating poise, professionalism, and the ability to influence C-suite decision-makers.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders to close complex deals.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold outreach via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to initiate contact with prospects and introduce our products/services.
  • Attending conferences to actively engage with industry peers and prospects, leveraging networking opportunities and insightful discussions to close valuable sales leads.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to create and execute strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Execute compelling product demonstrations to effectively convert prospects into loyal customers.
  • Continuously build a target prospect list of healthcare professionals and qualify leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Educate healthcare professionals on Nitra's offering.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and buying behavior to determine potential fit with our offerings.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records of interactions, sales activities, and customer information using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales pitches, presentations, and materials tailored to different customer segments.
