We are looking for our first Account Executive FIRE, to lead the charge into new markets for Ignis, our mobile-first SaaS platform designed to provide a common operating picture for wildland firefighters. You will own our Agile Sales segment, leading revenue generation across commercial, state government, and international customers in the wildland fire ecosystem. This includes identifying, engaging, and closing new accounts while developing a repeatable sales motion tailored to these markets. You will partner closely with our Business Development team, which focuses on large government clients, to ensure clear account ownership and seamless handoffs between segments. This role begins as a high-impact individual contributor position, where you will carry a quota and directly drive pipeline and bookings. You will also supervise and coach a Sales Development Representative (SDR), helping to build a disciplined outbound and qualification engine. As the business scales, you will have the opportunity to step into a formal leadership role—building and leading the sales team, defining structure, and shaping the go-to-market strategy for this segment.
